Craniosacral Therapy
Our bodies are designed to protect us from stress and disease and to assist in their own healing. When stress, injury or disease overwhelm the body's ability for self-healing, chronic symptoms can occur. This is when craniosacral therapy can be most powerful.
Craniosacral is a gentle therapy that helps restore health and balance to the body and nervous system while diminishing effects of stress, injury and trauma.
The therapy can be of great benefit to people in every stage of life: pregnant mothers, babies, children, teenagers, adults and the elderly.

Distant Craniosacral Therapy
Distant healing is another way to receive Craniosacral Therapy.
Many patients love the healing opportunity in the safety and comfort of their own home.
Integrative Baby Therapy
The way a baby comes into this world can create physical and emotional patterns with a potentially life-long impact.
Babies can have unresolved issues around their births particularly when the pregnancy was complicated or the birth was particularly long, assisted or traumatic. These issues can be manifested in feeding and sleep issues, colic and inconsolable crying.
With an understanding of baby body language and differentiating between types of crying (a need cry versus a memory cry) the integrative therapist can help support the expression of the birth experience and resolve some of the issues the baby is experiencing. It also fosters family bonding.
Toddlers and older children with learning difficulties, sleep and behavior issues may also benefit.
